Christmas with Gram and Aunt Kym

On December 29th we loaded up the car and headed to Orange County to celebrate Christmas with Gram and Kym. Little Miss had her morning nap on the way up, we stayed through lunch, then headed back home during her afternoon nap. It was a fantastic visit with family even though it was short. Kensington just loves her Great Gram and Aunt Kym....and we do too!

Whole Lotta Love

We were lucky enough that the Nelsons, Aunt Jess and Gramma Woolimama were able to stay after Christmas and spend some more time with us. One thing that everyone looks forward to is getting to give Kensington her bottle. She is happy just cuddling up in someone's arms. It's so cute to watch.
Having her 11:00 bottle with Aunt Tam before we headed down for lunch at Ballast Point Brewery in Little Italy for lunch

Enjoying some delicious tasters with my amazing SIL's. Love them!

That night it was Uncle Eric's turn to give Kensington her bottle.

On Friday morning after Woolimama dropped the Nelsons off at the airport she had some time to spend with her favorite granddaughter before starting her journey back up North

Chatting with Kensington on the wave phone
Kisses for Gramma Woolimama

Then Aunt Jess came down for some playtime with little munchkin too

Kensington was incredibly interested in Aunt Jess's bag o' mustaches

"Bye Bye Gramma Woolimma, I'll see you in three weeks for my birthday. Love you!"

Christmas Day (post afternoon nap)

Once Kensington was up from her afternoon nap, she had another outfit change (due to some spit up) and then it was time for the partying to continue. She was even able to eat dinner with all of us at the table and absolutely loved her first turkey meatball and noodles from Gramma Woolimama.

Family photo time (Sans Dudley because she is terrified of the tree)

Kensington's first Christmas was incredible. It was filled with love, laughter and  many special moments. We were so lucky to have family from near and far come down to be with Kensington. Best Christmas EVER!!!

Christmas Day Lunch Time

With all of the excitement of Christmas, Kensington's schedule was a little delayed so she ate lunch closer to 1:15. To help cool her off, we let her eat in just her First Christmas bib and her diaper.

Grammy and Grampa helped out with lunch

Contemplating about her day so far

 Stopping to rehydrate

Loving her yogurt, loving her family and loving the day

When she finished eating, she leaned back in her chair and almost sighed.

While the little munchkin was taking her afternoon nap, the group was able to play "Wits and Wagers"
