Park Playdate with the Szabos..

We met the Szabos at a new park near Lake Hodges for a belated Christmas celebration. Kelly and the kiddos had gone to Panda Express for lunch before meeting us and Kensington was thrilled to try her first fortune cookie. To this day she still talks about Kelly and that fortune cookie. (Memory like and Elephant!) The kiddos had a great time playing on the swings, the slides and the monkey bars.

Reading is Fun

Kensington loves reading books. Anytime anyone is down visiting, she'll pull out a book and ask them to read to her. Then other times she likes to read all by herself. It's amazing to watch her retell the stories to herself and her dolls.

After getting home from school Kensington wanted to wear Mommy's shoes around the house. These, combined with her plaid shorts, green sweater and side bow reminded me of Daisy from "Driving Miss Daisy."
