Box Time

Looks like Daddy found his partner for home brewing.
She just loves playing with boxes. It's just so cute.

St. Patrick's Day with Our Little Leprechaun

Happy St. Patrick's Day Everyone!

When I dropped off our little leprechaun off at school, I was surprised with this adorable art project. Her little hand just melts my heart.

After school, Kensington was "lucky" to have Auntie Jess stop by for a St. Patrick's Day visit.

 "Kiss Me I'm Irish!"

"Muah!"

St. Patrick's Day Weekend Celebration

After Kensington's morning nap, we packed up the Tahoe and headed down to the Keiths for our annual St. Patrick's Day celebration. We made Irish Stew for dinner and had Thin Mint inspired cupcakes for dessert. As often happens when we hang out with the Keiths...we ended up spending the entire weekend with them. On Sunday, Kristy helped me create an amazing diaper cake for Paige's shower while Mike and Seamus plowed, planted seeds, built a deck and did other manly things.

This little guy has the army crawl down and is advancing to the balance stance on all fours!

Dudley really seems to find her Zen when she is at the Keiths

Liam taking Kensington on a tour around Casa De Keith
(Yes, she is wearing Braeden's PJ's)

Now that's what I call double duty!

Such a ham...I wonder where she got that from?

 Pretty sure I know where!

 Enjoying her first "popsicle."

 Pretty sure she liked it.

 Monkey see....Monkey do!

"Kensington, let me show you how this bubble thing works."

"Um, Liam, I don't know about those bubbles but I am just going to go and play with this dog dish...they are the coolest toys ever!"

Our amazing husbands. How did our munchkins get so lucky to have such awesome Daddies?!

"Oh yeah, it's March, it's 85 degrees outside and I'm eating and Orange Juice Popsicle...life is GOOD."

St. Patty's Day Run

On March 15th it was time for our Annual St. Patty's Day Fun Run with the Keiths. Now, granted this was only our second year (because last year we had just had a baby) but it has become one of our SDSC traditions. Our hope is next year, the Singleton Clan will be able to join in for the fun. Yes, we had shirts made for them too... just in case.
Daddy's lucky charm!

We met up with the Keiths!

SDSC-2 NPBSI

Runners take your mark.

I felt so special getting to lead the team into the finish line. This race was officially the farthest I had ever run.

After the race we headed over to the beer garden for a celebratory toast. Unfortunately, strollers were not allowed in the drinking zone. Luckily, we were able to park them on the other side of the fence.

Our two littlest leprechauns Braeden and Kensington

Liam and Kristy decided to explore the rolling green hills of Mission Bay

 Collecting souvenirs

"Great Job Daddy! I'm proud of you. One day I'll be big enough to run that race with you and Mommy."

Feeling Lucky to call this crew our friends~

Saying Goodbye to Rosedust Glenn

So, we have known for a while now that the Kriers would eventually be moving to Colorado to be closer to Chris' family. It seemed like it was still an idea, far off in the future. Then, they found a house, purchased it, sold their house in 4S Ranch and were getting to move into a small condo to finish the school year. Time literally flew by! So, to celebrate all of the amazing memories we had at the Kriers' house, we headed over on Friday the 14th for one last grillin' session with Chris, Taeah, Jaycee, Davis, Jack, Linda, Robin and a few of Taeah's friends from work. It was an evening filled with laughter and some sadness and the realization of change that is upon us. We will always look back fondly at Rosedust Glen and remember how incredibly lucky we are to have such amazing friends.

Out of all the toys at their fingertips, Davis and Kensington decide that playing with the guacamole bowl is the best toy in the house.

Kensington and Jaycee have such a special connection. She is a great "big sister" to our little munchkin.

Play Date with the Vincents

One of my favorite things about Kensington is her cheerful demeanor. She always seems to be smiling. It feels like the song, "Happy" should start playing whenever she walks into a room.

Someone is "happy" to be going to school!

After her amazing day at school, we were lucky enough to get to go over to the Vincents and have an afternoon playdate. Taylor shared her books and a bear with Kensington while Cam taught her how to "cook" and play with the train set.
Having an afternoon snack of Ritz crackers and playing with trains..naturally.

Both the little ones were very interested to hear what Taylor and Bear had to say. As always it's so much fun spending time with Christie and her kiddos.

Daddy Daughter Smiles

"When is my favorite time of day?"

"When Daddy gets home so we can play!"

"Peek-a-boo I see you and I'm going to show you my dance moves."

The look of love just melts my heart every single time!

Splish Splash!

I just couldn't resist...
Splish Splash KJ's taking a bath!

Happy Birthday Friend!

To celebrate her birthday, Jess wanted a girls' afternoon out at her favorite restaurant "Casa De Bandini." Krista, Christie, Jen, Julie, Chris, Hadders, Becky and I had a fabulous time sipping margaritas and toasting to the beautiful birthday girl. Krista made a Funfetti birthday with blue frosting and rainbow sprinkles and it was delicious!

It is truly a cake for a fiesta!

 Time to make a wish!

 Sisters!

This picture matches Jess' classroom perfectly!

 The whole gang

 Love you friend!
