Sharing smiles with Daddy

Checking out her world

Her favorite time of the day...when Daddy comes home

Practicing sitting up

Soaring over Carmel Valley

It's a bird...it's a plane...it's SUPER BABY!

Feeling better about her Bumbo time

Just hanging out with her purse ( a way to keep her hands distracted during diaper changes)

Cute little froggy after her bath

Having fun with Grampa

Jingle Cow is one of her favorite toys

Hello cutie pie!

Over Memorial Day Weekend we joined the Vincents at Del Mar Beach for Kensington's first beach trip.
Taylor and Cam playing in the sand.

Who's ready to touch the water?

Family Beach photo!

All covered up to stay protected from the sun

Touching the water for the first time

Very interested in the water

Christie and I with the kiddos...touching the water together.

Jess and Shaun happened to be in Del Mar so she came down to the beach to see the kiddos put their feet in the water for the first time.  We also needed to capture a picture of our toes in the sand. (Pretty sure we are all ready for summer.)

Enjoying some goldfish and blocking the sun as best as she can

Just hanging out around the house

Look likes some one is ready for nap time

Already 18 weeks old. Where does the time go?

Decked out in her red, white and blue in honor of Memorial Day!

On Memorial Day, we were lucky enough to go over to the Keith household and meet the newest member: Braeden James. Such a little peanut.

We just love her big bright eyes!

To celebrate Chris and Brent's birthday, Jess came down to watch Kensington so that Mike and I could have a night out on the town. We joined the group at Donovan's then headed to Barley Mash.

At the end of the night (11:45) happy to find the car in the parking garage. (I haven't worn wedges in quite a while).

Aunt Jess decided that shorts were the perfect way to show of Kensington's CT (Chunky Thighs)

Grammy feeding a bottle so that I could get oatmeal ready for her

So far oatmeal seems to be a hit!

Kensington and Mike at her first swimming lesson

 Meeting Miss Angela

 Back float time

Once Kensington figured out how to roll onto her tummy, she hasn't stopped.

 Practicing her sitting up

Testing out the Minnie teething ring...success!

Getting closer and closer to sitting up every day.

 Cuteness!

Dancing in her Minnie saucer

20 Week old and wanting to sit up by herself but not quite able to yet

She just loves Sophie the Giraffe

20 Weeks old...her final weekly picture and one of my absolute favorites. It's as if she just figured out that the elephant frame has been next to her the entire time.

 Bicycle legs with Aunt Jess

We just can't get enough of this cutie pie

On my last day of school, Grammy joined me at the annual End of Year Sage Party so that the staff could meet Kensington. We even dressed KJ up in a cute little Hawaiian outfit in honor of the Hawaiian dress up day.

It doesn't get much happier than this little lovebug

Watching Golf with Daddy

Cheering on Phil!

Spending Daddy's first Father's Day in his favorite place...the backyard

Since summer vacation started, Auntie Paige came down to visit

Having serious conversations with her Auntie
Showing Auntie Paige what she does with Sophie

 Dancing time

 Practicing sitting by herself...

She fell but was totally fine with it because Auntie Paige made it so much fun

Just sharing how much she loves her Sophie

One of the best parts about summer vacation is being to have playdates with so many friends. We headed up to the Szabos to see Kelly and the kiddos. It was a big day for Kensington because it was her first time taking a nap somewhere other than our house or Grammy's house.

While Bennett and Autumn were sleeping, Kensington had some quality time with her Auntie Kelly

Such a wonderful day!

 Minnie Saucer Time

Someone was a tad distracted during dinner time

 Just lounging around
Hanging with Callie the Caterpillar

Checking up on how Dudley is doing

5 Months Old...and loving her tongue

Phew! You are now officially caught up on Kensington's first five months of fun! From now on, the blog posts will occur when events happen rather than a monthly catch up.
