Grammy and Grampa came down the Sunday after Gramma, Tam, and Mariah left so that we could celebrate her birthday. Instead of going out to diner, Grammy opted to have us prepare Mike's Famous Salmon with saffron rice, zucchini and of course mushrooms. Although our visit was short, it was so much fun to celebrate my amazing mom.
