On Tuesday, May 20th it was my dear friend Hadders' birthday. Mike and I were invited to celebrate with her and friends down at La Jolla Brewing Company. Since it was a Tuesday, we needed to have the little munchkin watched while we went for dinner. Lucky for us, my teammate Lisa's daughter Kaydon was back in town and available to babysit. She came early to help Kensington feel comfortable. It took all of 5 minutes before Kensington was asking Kaydon to read her a book. Everything went extremely well. In fact, Kaydon came back on Thursday night that week so that I could attend Open House at school and Mike could attend a dinner meeting in Newport. We can't wait to have her back this summer.
"Book, book, book."
The next morning it was Daddy that was able to read to her
