Thursday Morning was departure day for our first official "Road Trip." Mike worked from home in the morning while Kensington and I loaded up the car. We met up with the Keiths at the Alpine Brewery and then headed east. Kensington was an excellent passenger, following asleep at her scheduled nap time and slept for 2 full hours. Unfortunately, we had to stop at the border patrol so she woke up a little earlier than we had hoped. All in all though, it was a successful 6 hour trip to Arizona!
"Mommy don't forget that we need to pack snacks."
"Somebunny" was very excited about our trip to see McKayla!
"Let's do this!"
First distraction...a book of course!
